There are many propositions which forbid us to wrong (zaalim) one another. Both physical tyranny, oral tyranny, and feeling zaalim. No exception to insulting others in public, so that he becomes a laughing stock. Like the bullying tradition in our society. For some people, it can bully achievement. Especially if many laugh at victims who are bullied. Bullying what he did was successful.
He is hurt ... He is inflamed ..., but there is no ability to fight back ... he can only be silent. Even crying sometimes. He was "wronged" or hurted, but all of them laughed at him.
There used to be someone who asked us questions, and he told me about his past when he was in school. When he remembers it, he is unable to forgive his friend who likes to bully.

Bullying Tradition, Dzalim (zaalim) Tradition
It is true, the victim does not fight back when in the world, but it could be that the victim will sue when in the afterlife. And you need to believe, that God will never forget the act of tyranny between his fellow servants. God says,
وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ غَافِلًا عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الْأَبْصَارُ
And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror].
We forget about tyranny, even though Allah always counts it. If it's not finished in the world, it continues until the hereafter. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam once told of a person who went bankrupt,
He said,
أتدرون من المفلس? قالوا: المفلس فينا من درهم له ولا متاع. قال: إن المفلس من أمتي من يأتي يوم القيامة بصلاة وصيام وزكاة ويأتي وقد شتم هذا, وقذف هذا, وأكل مال هذا, وسفك دم هذا, وضرب هذا, فيعطى هذا من حسناته وهذا من حسناته, فإن فنيت حسناته قبل أن يقضي ما عليه أخذ من خطاياهم فطرحت عليه ثم طرح في النار
"Do you know who the bankrupt person is?"
The Companions answered,
"People who go bankrupt in our midst are people who have no money and no property."
Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam explained,
"The bankrupt people of my people are those who come on the Day of Resurrection with the reward of prayer, fasting, and charity, (but) he has insulted A, accused adultery of B, eaten the property of C, shed the blood of D, and struck him E. Then the A is rewarded for his kindness and the B, the C ... is rewarded for his kindness. If his good deeds are exhausted before he pays off (all) his tyranny, their sins which are wronged are taken and thrown at him, then he is thrown into hell. "

There is no Barrier for his prayer (Dua)
People who are tyrannized or wronged by, their prayers (Dua) are effective.
Until the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam reminded,
اتق دعوة المظلوم, فإنها ليس بينها وبين الله حجاب
Fear you of praying (Dua) for someone who is wronged. Because there is no Barrier between him and Allah.
(Narrated by Bukhari 2448).
In another history, he said,
دعوة المظلوم مستجابة
The prayer of those who are tyrannized (Wronged) is effective ...
(HR. Bukhari 3059)
Because of this, the scholars used to be afraid when they wronged others. Maybe this person who wronged is praying (Dua) "bad" for him.
Yazid bin Hakim said,
ما هبت شيئا قط هيبتي رجلا ظلمته, وأنا أعلم أنه لا ناصر له إلا الله; فيقول لي: حسبك الله! الله بيني وبينك!
I have never felt reluctant to be more reluctant to respect the authority of the person I was wronged. While I know, no one will help him except Allah. Then he told me, 'I surrender your deeds to Allah! Among us is Allah! '
(Sirajul Muluk, at-Thurthusyi, p. 151).
Successfully defeat others in bullying, not achievement. Because we are not created to compete in insulting Against each other.
Bullying can be a sin that we don't realize, even though we consider it happy.
