Angels and Heaven
Bismillahi Rahmani Raheem

Answer:

Bismillah was shalatu was salam' ala Rasulillah, wa ba'du,

Among the principles related to unseen things is to believe in all that is mentioned in the Koran (Qur'an) and authentic hadith (traditions). While the part we don't know, we leave it to Allah Ta'ala. Too curious or groping things that are unseen is a disgraceful act in the Shari'a. Because unseen things cannot be guessed or sketched.

Regarding angels, they are the creatures of Allah who always obey Him and carry out all that is commanded to them. They will always carry out the tasks that Allah commands.

"And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, they are [but] honored servants.
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they cannot intercede except on behalf of one whom He approves. And they, from fear of Him, are apprehensive."

Allah also said,

"O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded."

So that angels will not do any work without any command from Allah the Exalted.

In the Islamic fatwa (no. 154221) it was confirmed,

The conditions of the angels did not change, either before Adam was created, or after the destruction of the world, or when the day arose, the day of reckoning (Hisab) and Judgment Day, or after humans were divided, some entered heaven and some went to hell.

Their conditions remain the same, in the sense that they never rebel against Allah's commands and always carry out what Allah commands.

They are not beings who get the burden of the Shari'a (ahl taklif), they are not judged on the Day of Judgment, only they have diverse tasks before the end of the world and after the end of the world. And they always submit and obey Allah's commands.

When the apocalypse, among them there are those who carry arsy.

Allah says,

"And the angels are at its edges. And there will bear the Throne of your Lord above them, that Day, eight [of them]. ..."

There are also those who do tasbih (worship) and praise Allah while surrounding the Arsy.

Allah says,

And you will see the angels surrounding the Arsy (Throne), exalting [ Allah ] with praise of their Lord. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds.""

There are also those who are commanded to visit the people of heaven,

Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their descendants. And the angels will enter upon them from every gate, [saying],
"Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home."

Some are ordered to punish the inhabitants of hell.

Allah says,

"O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded. "

Others get orders according to what Allah wants. And everything goes back to the knowledge of Allah, the Dzat of the Knower.

Allah says,

"And We have not made the keepers of the Fire except angels. And We have not made their number except as a trial for those who disbelieve - that those who were given the Scripture will be convinced and those who have believed will increase in faith and those who were given the Scripture and the believers will not doubt and that those in whose hearts is hypocrisy and the disbelievers will say, "What does Allah intend by this as an example?" Thus does Allah leave astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the soldiers of your Lord except Him. And mention of the Fire is not but a reminder to humanity. "

Like this is the rule that is used by the Lajnah Daimah when asked about the condition of an angel after the reckoning on the Day of Judgment.

When asked about the condition of angels when the Resurrection, Lajnah Daimah explained,

Allah says about the state of the angels that they are "the servants were honored, they were not ahead of him with the words, and they do the commandments of him." They are part of the glory of Allah and the goodness of Allah, and they are under the power of Allah. Some of them were told to handle the residents of heaven. Some are ordered to deal with the inhabitants of hell. There are those who bear the Arsy (Throne), there are those who surround the Arsy (Throne). And Allah is all-knowing about all the details of their charity.
(Fatwa Lajnah Daimah, 3/468 - 469)

It's just that, there are some scholars who state that angels enter heaven, because they are experts in tauheed (monotheism).

As-Suyuthi mentioned,

As-Shaffar - Hanafiyah cleric - he once held,

Do angels go to heaven? He replied, "Right, they are experts in Tauheed (monotheism). Some of them surround the Arsy (Throne), worship and praise Allah. Among th,em there are those who convey greetings from Allah to the believers. "
(Al-Habaik Akhbar al-Malaik, as-Suyuthi, p. 88)

Thus, Allahu a’lam.
