Which Logic and Religion Says Bombing is Jihad ?!

Introduction
Several years ago there was a bombing and destruction in the city of Riyadh, then Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al Abbad Al Badr raised the voice,

"how similar the words last night with overnight. In fact the bombing and destruction events in the city of Riyadh and other weapons used in the city of Makkah and Madinah earlier this year (1424 H, around 2003) were the result of satanic seduction in the form of underestimated or exaggerated in religion. The ugly deeds adorned by demons are those who say that bombing and vandalism are a form of jihad. What kind of reason and religion declares murdering the soul, fighting against the Muslims, fighting unbelievers who make covenants with Muslims, destabilizing, making women widows, causing children to be orphaned, and destroying various buildings as jihad (?) "

Jihad_And_Bombing

Next we will look at a variety of verses and Hadith that explain that the earlier jurisprudence-laws also explain harsh punishment against murder. Also be described also on the dangers due to kill fellow Muslims, the law and the law of suicide killing infidels who made a Covenant with the Muslims.

The Severity Of Punishment Killings In Accordance With Sharia Precedent

Allah Ta'ala says about the second son Adam who kill,

"And his soul permitted to him the murder of his brother, so he killed him and became among the losers. "
(Surat al-Maidah: 30)

So did the hard punishment for the sons of Israel that killed a human being, Allah Ta'ala said

"Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors."
(Surah Al Maidah: 32)

Even for the son of Adam who kills his brother, he will continue to bear the sins of the people afterward who commited murder. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"There is no murder that is due to injustice but the first son of Adam (ie Qabil) who will bear the sin of murder because he was the first to do it."
(Narrated by Bukhari 32 and Muslim No. 1677)

Blood Price A Muslim

Killing a Muslim is sometimes justified and sometimes not. Killing in the justified way is if the murder is through qishash or punishment. While killing not in the right way can be intentional or not.

Regarding the killing by way of deliberate, Allah Ta'ala said,

"But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment."
(Surat An Nisa ': 93)

Likewise, God mentions a torture that is so painful and multiplied in His word,

"And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated - Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful."
(Surat al-Furqan: 68-70)

The problem of blood is a matter between the fellow who will be completed first on the day of calculation later. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"The first case to be reckoned amongst fellow human beings on the Day of Judgment is in blood."
(Narrated by Bukhari 6864 and Muslim No. 1678)

From Abu Hurairah, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"Abstain from seven destructive sins." Then some say, "O Messenger of Allah, what are those sins? "Then he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said (among other things)," Commit shirk, magic, to kill a soul that Allah forbid without the right way, to eat the result of usury (Riba) ... "
(Narrated by Bukhari 6857 and Muslim No. 89)

From 'Abdullah bin' Amr, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"The loss of the world is lighter on the side of Allah than the killing of a Muslim."
(Narrated by Muslim, An Nasa'i and At Tirmidhi Shahih At Targhib wa At Tarhib no. 2439, Sheikh Al Albani said that this hadeeth is a)

From Abu Sa'id and Abu Hurayrah, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"If the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth conspired to kill a believer, Allah would have put them in hell."
(Narrated by Tirmidhi Shahih At Targhib wa At Tarhib no. 2442, Shaykh Al-Albani says that this hadeeth is lighoirihi )

From 'Ubadah bin Ash Shoomit, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,

"Whoever kills a believer and he rejoices in the murder, then Allah will not accept the practice of sunna as well as his obligatory deeds."
(Narrated by Abu Daud Shahih At Targhib wa At Tarhib no. 2450, Shaykh Al-Albani said that this hadeeth is suh. Faidhul Qodir Syarh Al Jami 'Ash Shogir , Al Munawi, 6/252)

As for the accidentally killing of a believer, Allah has commanded to pay the diat and the kafarat. This is based on the word of Allah Ta'ala,

"And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake - then the freeing of a believing slave and a compensation payment presented to the deceased's family [is required] unless they give [up their right as] charity. But if the deceased was from a people at war with you and he was a believer - then [only] the freeing of a believing slave; and if he was from a people with whom you have a treaty - then a compensation payment presented to his family and the freeing of a believing slave. And whoever does not find [one or cannot afford to buy one] - then [instead], a fast for two months consecutively, [seeking] acceptance of repentance from Allah . And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise."
(Surat an Nisaa ': 92)

Replies for a Muslim who committed suicide

Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala said,

"O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful. And whoever does that in aggression and injustice - then We will drive him into a Fire. And that, for Allah, is [always] easy."
(Surat An Nisa ': 29-30)

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"Whoever kills himself with a way that exists in the world, later on the day of resurrection Allah will torture him like that."
(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

An example is a person who commits suicide by strangling his own neck or die from stabbing himself with a sharp object. From Abu Hurairah, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"Whoever kills himself by strangling his neck, then he will strangle his neck also in hell. Whoever kills himself by piercing himself with a sharp object, then in hell he will pierce himself also in that way. "
(Narrated by Bukhari no 1365)

The Law Kills the unbelievers

The unbelievers who are forbidden to be killed are three groups:

unbelievers dzimmi (unbelievers who pay the jizyah/tribute collected each year in return for their stay in the land of the Muslims)

unbelievers mu'ahad (unbelievers who have agreed between them and the Muslims to not fight in the agreed timeframe)

unbelievers musta'man (unbelievers who get security guarantees from the Muslims or some of the Muslims).

As for the unbelievers besides the above three are the harbi unbelievers, that is what may be fought.

Here we show some theorems that show the haram killing the three groups of unbelievers above deliberately.

[The prohibition on killing the unbelievers dhimmi who has accomplished the jizyah/tribute]

Allah Ta'ala said,

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled."
(Surat At Tawbah: 29)

From 'Abdullah bin' Amr, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"Whoever kills a dhimmi unbelievers, then he will not smell the paradise. In fact the smell of heaven was smelled from the journey of forty years. "
(Narrated by An Nasa'i, Shaykh Al-Albani said that this hadeeth is saheeh)

[Prohibition on killing the unbelievers Mu'ahad who has made a deal not to fight]

Al Bukhari brings the hadith in Chapter "The sin of one who kills the unbelievers mu'ahad without going the right way". From 'Abdullah bin' Amr, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

"Who kills the unbelievers mu'ahad he will not smell the paradise. Yet the smell of heaven is absorbed from the journey of forty years. "
(Narrated by Bukhari no 3166)

[Prohibition of unbelievers Musta'man who has secured the security of the Muslims]

Allah Ta'ala said,

"And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah . Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know. "
(Surah At Tawbah: 6)

From 'Ali bin Abi Talib, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,

"The dhimma of the Muslims is one, cultivated by the very bottom (though)."
(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

An Nawawi rahimahullah said, "What is meant by dhimma in the above hadith is security guarantees. Its meaning that the guarantee of the Muslims to the unbelievers is legitimate (acknowledged). Therefore, anyone who is given the security guarantees of a Muslim is therefore unlawful over other Muslims to harass him as long as he is still under the guarantees of security. "( Syarh Muslim , 5/34)

As for killing the unbelievers who are in covenant with the Muslims by accident, Allah Ta'ala has obliged the existence of a diat and kafaroh as His word (which means),

And whoever does not find [one or cannot afford to buy one] - then [instead], a fast for two months consecutively, [seeking] acceptance of repentance from Allah. And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. "
(Surat an Nisaa ': 92)

Satan Will Enter Through Two Doors

Basically, Satan will penetrate into the body of a Muslim through two doors, with the intention of persuading and misleading them.

The first door, found in people who are often negligent and like to do immoral. Satan will enter it through the door of immoral and lust. Satan will adorn man through this path so that they will be further away from obedience to Allah and His Messenger.

The second door, found in a religious devotee. again, Satan will enter it through the door of ghuluw (exaggeration) in religion and transcendence. Satan will adorn him that his ghuluw deeds are good, with the aim that his religion is corrupted.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala deeply denounces ghuluw's actions as it befalls the scribe. Allah Ta'ala said,

"O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs."
(Surat An Nisa ': 171)

From Ibn 'Abbas, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,

"Abstain from the attitude of ghuluw (exaggeration) in religion because the cause of the destruction of the people before you is because ghuluw in religion."
(HR Al-Hakim Shaikh Al-Albani said that this hadeeth is saheeh)

Sorting out the Lust and Following the Vague Verses

Among the devil's form of the devil for those who always act ghuluw (exaggeration) in religion is the demons adorn them to indulge the lust. They end up wrong in religion and are reluctant to ask the scholars. Therefore, they did not acquire the true knowledge and beliefs and were far from the clerical guidance that they remained in error and were deceived by Satan's seductive persuasion.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala said,

"So is he who is on clear evidence from his Lord like him to whom the evil of his work has been made attractive and they follow their [own] desires?"
(Surat Muhammad: 14)

Allah Ta'ala also said,

"It is He who has sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book; in it are verses [that are] precise - they are the foundation of the Book - and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah . But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding. "
(Surah Ali Imran: 7)

Sheikh 'Abdurrahman ibn Nasir As Sa'di - rahimahullah - explains, "The meaning of the verse of muhkam here is a clear verse of its meaning, there is no in it the disguise and ambiguity. And verse muhkam this place of reference for verses that are still vague (mutasyabih). It is this verse of muhkam that dominates and is the most in the Qur'an. "

Then Sheikh As Sa'di - may Allah always bless him - explains also, "Among the verses of the Qur'an there are also mutasyabih (still vague). This disguise happens to most people because it is still mujmal (global) of the verse. Or it may be caught in some people's minds, but not the intended meaning.

In summary, in the Qur'an there are verses that are muhkam, clearly meaning for everyone. But there are also verses that are still vague for some people. It is obligatory for every Muslim to bring the verses mutasyabih (still vague) to the muhkam verses (which is obviously meaning). If such a path is taken, each verse will explain one another so there can be no conflicting verses. "

In Sahih Bukhari and Muslim, narrated from Ummul Mukminin 'Aisha radhiyallahu' anha , when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam read the above verse, he also said,

"If you see anyone following the still vague thing (mutasyabih), these are the people whom God calls to be diverted. Therefore, beware against such people. "
(Narrated by Bukhari no 4547 and Muslim 2665)

In order to get directions, return to the Ulama. This is evidenced in the story of 2000 Khawarij people who follow the guidance of the knowledgeable man Ibn 'Abbas so that they are saved and the rest who do not want to follow eventually crushed for misguided. So with knowledge and willing to follow the direction of the scholars, that's what will make every Muslim saved from crime and disaster.

Allah Ta'ala himself has ordered us to ask the knowledgeable if we do not know, for example, we ask for their explanation of the verse that is still faint in our minds. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala said,

"And We sent not before you except men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of the message if you do not know."
(Surat an Nahl: 43)

Ending..

Let every Muslim be afraid of Allah especially in the matter of a Muslim's blood and the problem of someone who is not worth shedding his blood.

"But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers."
(Surat al-Baqarah: 24)
