Answer:
Bismillah was shalatu was Salam' ala Rasulillah, wa ba'du,
The word iqama (Arabic: إقامة) or ikamet (Turkish transliteration) refers to the second call to Islamic Prayer, given immediately before the prayer begins.

Jumhur ulama argues that lafadz of iqamah is different from lafadz of adzan. General provisions regarding lafadz iqama, mentioned in the hadith from Anas bin Malik, Radhi Allaahu ' anhu, he said,
Bilal was instructed to fulfill the call to prayer and indulge iqama.
(HR. Muslim 378, Ahmad 12001, and others)
Regarding the details, stated in the hadith from Abdullah bin Zayd Radhi 'Allahu 'anhu - he was a sahabi who was taught the adhan (call to prayer) and iqamah in his dream. And this dream is justified by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam . Sahabah (Companions) Abdullah bin Zaid related,
And when iqama, say it,
Allahu akbar.. Allahu akbar…
Asyhadu allaa ilaaha illallaaah…
Asyhadu anna muhammadar rasulullah…
Hayya ‘alas shalah…
Hayya ‘alal falaah…
Qad qaamatis shalaah.. Qad qaamatis shalaah..
Allahu akbar.. Allahu akbar…
Laa ilaaha illallaah…
Then Abdullah bin Zaid said,
In the morning, I went to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and I conveyed the dream that I experienced. Then he said,
'That is a true dream, insya Allah ... come to Bilal and convey your dreams, and make it adzan lafadz. Because Bilal is louder than you. '
(Narrated by Ahmad 15881, Abu Daud 499 and
this iqamah Lafadz is used as a reference for the opinion of the jumhur ulema, including Imam Malik, Imam as-Syafii, and Imam Ahmad. It's just that, Imam Malik said that the "Qad qaamatis shalaah" is read once.
It was stated in the book al-Bayan fi Madzhab al-Imam as-Syafii,
An explanation of the number of iqamah.
For iqamah, there are 11 sentences according to the qoul jadid (Imam as-Sayfii's opinion after moving to Egypt). Takbir 2 times, Shahadat 2 times, an invitation to prayer once, invitation to achieve happiness once, lafadz qad qaamatis shalah 2 times, takbir 2 times, and tahlil once. This is the opinion of al-Auza'I, Ahmad, Ishaq bin Rahuyah, and Abu Tsaur ...
(al-Bayan, Madzhab al-Imam as-Syafii, 2/66).
Based on the information above, takbir in iqamah is more accurately read 2 times. And this is meant by giving birth to iqama as mentioned in the hadith. Because takbir at the beginning of the call to prayer is read 4 times. Means iqamah half the call to prayer, so the takbir remains 2 times.
