Meet the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the Dream?
Meet the Prophet Directly in Conscious Nature?
Can anyone meet the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in a conscious state? Like the recognition of UYM, how do we react?
Answer:
Bismillah was shalatu was salam' ala Rasulillah, wa ba'du,
For some people, the dream stories can raise degrees or drop degrees. Therefore, sometimes there are some Sufis who claim to meet the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Even though we don't know the truth. It could be that people lie related to their dreams, only so that their position is increasingly recognized by the public. Therefore, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam gave a strong threat to people who claimed to dream of something in a lie, which he never experienced.
From Watsilah bin al-Asqa Radhiyallahu ‘anhu, Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,
"Indeed, including the biggest lie is telling a dream that they never experienced."
(Narrated by Bukhari 7043 and Ahmad 16980).
In another narration, from Ibn Abbas, Radhiyallahu ‘anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,
Who claims to be dreaming, even though he did not experience it, then later on the Day of Judgment he will be burdened with the command to tie 2 seeds of wheat, and it is impossible to do it.
(Narrated by Bukhari 7042).
Dream of meeting the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
The scholars agreed that humans might dream of meeting the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. In the hadith of Hurairah Radhiyallahu anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
"Whoever sees me in a dream, then indeed he has seen me correctly. Surely Syaitan cannot resemble my form. Whoever lied with my name intentionally then he should take a seat in hell. "
(HR. Bukhari 110)
And it is important to note, to be able to prove the truth of the dream is the person concerned must know the physical characteristics of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
A tabi'in cleric, Ayyub as-Sikhtiyani related,
If there are people who claim to dream of meeting the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to Muhammad bin Sirin, then he asks, "Tell me, what are the characteristics of the person you see." If this person mentions characteristics that he did not know, then Ibn Sirin will say, "You did not meet the prophet." (Fathul Bari, 12/384).
Again, this meeting with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam only applies in dreams.

Meet the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in Conscious Conditions?
UYM was not the first person to confess like this. There used to be people who claimed like this. Especially Sufis. And this has been denied by some scholars, including al-Hafidz Ibn Hajar and as-Sakhawi.
Al-Hafidz mentioned in Fathul Bari,
That Ibn Abi Hamzah once mentioned from some Sufis that they saw the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in a dream, then after that they saw the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam in a conscious state (outside of a dream).
Then commented on by al-Hafidz Ibn Hajar,
This understanding is very problematic, if the hadith is understood as its dzahir (that people can meet the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam outside of dreams) of course they all become sahabah of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. So that maybe the sahabah's time continues until the Day of Judgment. And this is refuted by the many people who dream of meeting him, but none of them that he saw the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the conscious world.
(Fathul Bari, 12/385).
Subhanallah ... that is the comment of a knowledgeable person ... simple, but hit ... if UYM claim is true, that he met the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam before going to sleep or when in the car, that means UYM is a sahabah. Because the definition of sahabah is the person who met the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in a condition of faith in him and died as a Muslim.

Next we will see the as-Sakhawi statement.
Al-Qasthalani stated as-Sakhawi statement in his book regarding laduni cases,
Never arrived at us such recognition from sahabah or generation of scholars afterwards. Fatimah experienced tremendous sadness with the death of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, until Fatimah died due to kamdan (withholding sorrow) after 6 months after the death of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. Whereas her house was neighboring the grave of the noble Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam , and was not quoted from Fatimah that she saw the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam in her life after his father's death.
(al-Mawahib al-Laduniyah, 2/371)
