Misunderstanding about wearing hijab

Some Muslimah are misguided about wearing the hijab. They assume wearing the headscarf (hijab) only when going out of the house, or wearing the headscarf only when attending the event, or any kind of activity in the neighborhood. when on the porch and yard, she does not wear the hijab even when there is a non mahram men.
The benchmark note when wearing the hijab is not a problem in the House or outside the House, not a home environment or also outside environment, going outside or not.
It was narrated from ' Aisha radhiyallahu'anha, she said,
أَنَّ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ دَخَلَتْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَيْهَا ثِيَابٌ رِقَاقٌ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ يَا أَسْمَاءُ إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْمَحِيضَ لَمْ تَصْلُحْ أَنْ يُرَى مِنْهَا إِلَّا هَذَا وَهَذَا وَأَشَارَ إِلَى وَجْهِهِ وَكَفَّيْهِ
"Asma 'bint Abu Bakr once met Rasulullah shallallahu'alaihi wa sallam by wearing thin clothes. So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam turned away from her and said, " O Asma', in fact a woman if it is haidh (menstruating / already baligh / reached puberty), can not be seen from her, except this and this", he pointed at his face and both palms of his hand. " (Abu Dawud 4140, in al-Irwa [6/203] al-Albani said:" Hasan with the whole course ")

al-albaani said: "Hasan with the overall course")
Al-Syarwani said,
جَمِيْعُ بَدَنِهَا حَتَّى الْوَجْهِ وَالْكَفَّيْنِ عَلَى الْمُعْتَمَدِ: وَعَوْرَةُ بِالنِّسْبَةِ لِنَظْرِ الْأَجَانِبِ إِلَيْهَا
"The Aurat (nakedness) of women against ajnabi male gaze , i.e. the entire body including the face and hands, according to the mu'tamad opinion."
(Hasyiah Al-Syarwani ' ala Tuhfatul Muhtaaj, 2/112)
Al-Zarqani said,
وَعَوْرَةُ الْحرة مَعَ رَجُلٍ أَجْنَبِيٍّ مُسْلِمٍ غَيْر الْوَجْهِ وَالْكَفَّيْنِ مِنْ جَمِيْعِ جَسَدِهَا
"A woman's ' Aurat in front of ajnabi male is the whole body other than the face and the palm of the hand."
(Mukhtasar Syarh, 176)
Al-Juwaini says:
الْأَجْنَبِيَّةُ فَلَا يَحِلُّ لِلْأَجْنَبِيِّ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ مِنْهَا إِلَى غَيْرِ الْوَجْهِ وَالْكَفَّيْنِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَاجَةٍ أَمَّا
"The ajnabiyah women are not lawful for ajnabi men to see it except the face and the palm of the hand."
( Nihayatul Mathlab , 12/31)
Shaykh ' Abd Al-al-Jaziri Audh explains:
إِذَا كَانَتْ بِحَضْرَةِ رَجُلٍ أَجْنَبِيٍّ، أَوْ اِمْرَأَةٍ غَيْرِ مُسْلِمَةٍ فَعَوْرَتُهَا جَمِيْعُ بَدَنِهَا، مَا عَدَا الْوَجْهِ وَالْكَفَّيْنِ، فَإِنَّهُمَا لَيْسَا أَمَّا بِعَوْرَةٍ
"If there is an ajnabi man , or a non-Muslim woman, then, the woman's aurat is the whole body except the face and the palm of the hand because they are not aurat"
( Al-Fiqhu 'ala al-Madzahib al-Arba'ah, 1/175)
Ajnabi Man meaning a man who is not a mahram. and mahram is (not allowed to be married), so.. not mahram is not -not allowed to be marries or can be married. Therefore, it is clear from here that the standard when wearing the headscarf is from the side of whether there is an ajnabi man or not. because women should not open the aurat (nakedness) so it is seen by ajnabi men.
Therefore, although a Muslimah is on the terrace of her own house, or in her yard, or in her neighborhood, if seen by an ajnabi man, it is necessary to cover the aurat (nakedness) and wear the veil. Even inside his house, if in the house there is a man who is not a mahram, must cover the aurat and wear the veil in front of the man.
Let this be a serious concern for the muslimah for not closing the Awrah/aurat in front of ajnabi men deliberately including a great sin. The Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said:
صَنْفَانِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ لَمْ أَرَهُمَا :قَوْمٌ مَعَهُمْ سِيَاطٌ كَأَذْنَابِ الْبَقَرِ يَضْرِبُوْنَ بِهَا النَّاسُ، وَنِسَاءٌ كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ، مَائِلَاتٌ مُمِيْلَاتٌ، رُؤُوْسُهُنَّ كَأَسْنَمَةِ الْبَخْتِ الْمَائِلَةِ، لَا يَدْخُلْنَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَلَا يَجِدْنَ رِيْحَهَا، وَإِنَّ رِيْحَهَا لِيُوْجَدَ مِنْ مَسِيْرَةٍ كَذَا وَكَذَا
" There are two classes of my people that I have never seen: (1) a people who have whip like a cow's tail that used to beat people and (2) the women are dressed but naked, they are waddling, their heads are like humps The camel is tilted (like a bump). They do not go to heaven and will not smell the fragrance, even though the fragrance of the heavens is so far away. "(Narrated by Muslim in chapter al-libas wa az-zinah no 2128)
An-Nawawi explains:
فَمَعْنَاهُ تَكْشِفُ شَيْئًا مِنْ بَدَنهَا إِظْهَارً لِجَمَالِهَا فَهُنَّ كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ وَقِيْلَ: يَلْبَسْنَ ثِيَابًا (الْكَاسِيَاتُ الْعَارِيَاتُ)أَمَّا رِقَاقًا تَصِفُ مَا تَحْتهَا
"As for [the woman who is dressed but naked] the meaning of her reveal her nakedness (awrah) to show her beauty. So they are women who are dressed but naked. Some scholars say, those who wear thin clothes so as to see what lies beneath it. "
( Syarah Shahih Muslim , 17/191)
Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih al-' Uthaymeen said:
" كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ "قَدْ فُسِّرَ قَوْلُهُ: بِأَنَّهُنَّ يَلْبَسْنَ أَلْبسَةَ قَصِيْرَةً، لَا تَسْتَرِ مَا يُجِبُّ سترَهُ مِنَ الْعَوْرَةِ، وَفَسَّرَ: بِأَنَّهُنَّ يَلْبَسْنَ أَلْبسَةَ خَفِيْفَةً لَا تَمْنَعُ مِنْ رُؤْيَةِ مَا وَرَاءَهَا مِنْ بَشْرَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ، وَفَسَّرَت : بِأَنْ يَلْبَسْنَ مَلَابِسَ ضيقة، فَهِيَ سَاتِرَةٌ عَنِ الرُّؤْيَةِ، لَكِنَّهَا مبدية لمفاتن
"The scholars describe [the woman who is dressed but naked] are women who wear short clothes that do not cover the nakedness (awrah). Some scholars interpret, those who wear thin clothes that do not preclude the appearance of what lies beneath the skin of women. Some scholars interpret, those who wear tight clothing, they cover the nakedness (awrah/aurat) but show the slim body of a woman slander. "
