Answer:
Bismillah was shalatu was salamu 'ala Rasulillah, wa ba'du,
There are some traditions (Hadith) that indicate the order of eating or drinking with the right hand and the prohibition of using the left hand. Among them,
[1] Hadith from Ibn 'Umar radhiyallahu' anhuma , Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
"If you eat, then you should eat with your right hand, and if you drink it should drink with his right hand, because the devil eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand.
(Muslim 2020).
In this hadith, there is a command to eat drinking with the right hand, and drinking reproach with the left hand, because it is called the devil tradition.
[2] Hadith from Jabir radhiyallahu 'anhuma , the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,
Do not eat with your left hand, because the devil eats with his left hand.
(HR Muslim 2019)
Ibn Abdil Bar says,
Who eats and drinks with his left hand, while he knows his prohibitions, and there is no udzur for him or the pain that prevents him, means that he has rebelled against Allah and His Messenger.
(al-Istidzkar, 8/341).
How If Using 2 Hands?
Eating or drinking with two hands, can not be called eating with the right hand alone according to the command of hadith, and not also eat with the left hand alone to violate the hadith.
And what is close [the truth], if needed to use 2 hands, the law is allowed. There are even some traditions, which contain indications of drinking by using two hands, though not firmly. We call it an indication, because in the hadith it is mentioned that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam drink by holding a large container (vessel) or timba from the skin. So it is very difficult if only using one right hand. The Hadith we mean,
[1] Hadith from Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu 'anhu,
That he was given a milk vessel by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam , and he was ordered to share it to ahlus sufah. After all the drinking,
Then the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam took the container and placed it in both hands of Abu Hurairah. He said, 'O Abu Hurairah, drink' then I drink it ....
(HR Turmudzi 2477 and validated al-Albani).
Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu 'anhu divided the milk to ahlus sufah with a large container. So he took it with 2 hands. And in this container is also drunk Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu 'anhu .
[2] Description Ibn Abbas radhiyallahu 'anhuma,
That the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam drank zamzam by using' dalwun 'by standing.
(Narrated by Bukhari 1556 & Muslim 2027).
Small water containers can be held with one hand. And usually not named 'dalwun'. Called dalwun a large size. And the possibility he uses two hands.
[3] From Abdurrahman bin Abi Umar, from his grandmother, he said,
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam ever to my house and in the house there is a hanging qirbah, then he drank from qirbah while standing.
(HR Turmudzi 1892 and al-Albani)
Hanging containers may not be small in size, so when handling it can only use 2 hands.
And there are some clerical statements that indicate the right to drink using 2 hands. Among them,
[1] Description of an-Nawawi,
The syafii scholars say, 'If anyone drinks with both palms, while on his finger there is a silver ring, the law is not makruh.'
(al-Majmu ', 1/316).
This explanation relates to the ban on eating / drinking with silver containers.
[2] Al-Qurthubi's description when interpreting the word of God,
"Except for the one who scooped up with one ghurfah of his hand."
Then al-Qurthubi mentions the testimony of some tafsir,
Some tafsir expert say, 'Gharfah' if using one palm. While 'Ghurfah' if using 2 palms.
(Tafsir al-Qurthubi, 3/253).
Conclusion:
Should we use the right hand when eating and drinking even though we eat more than one such eat fried chicken with both hands.
And if the container is large or the food is large, and it is difficult to use only one hand, it is permissible to use two hands.
Thus, Allahu a'lam.
